Hello!

My design practice is set up like a laboratory, seeking and finding new methods along with what material has to offer. For me the material and the object are one, and seeking to challenge the borders between material and object I seek to find the local (dis)connections.

I seek to reevaluate waste streams and show the unused potential of materials. In my research, I have worked with shepherds, technicians, chemists and researchers to gather different materials and the knowledge I need. For me the network, within which my lab is located is important. Collaboration and forming platforms and networks across from the design field along is crucial.

Usually my work circles back to fibres and pigments.
